I hadn’t noticed the interpretation of the LMP/GT “one gun” rule. I assume the teams timed out the 3-and-1 way and figured it worked better, but it seems...odd.

You ever see the visor strips aka “tear-offs” on helmets? Pretty much the same concept but adapted to windshields.
